Sarjapur is rapidly developing with good connectivity to IT hubs and all parts of the city. The areas like Marthahalli, Electronic City, White Field, are nearby. The employee catchment areas and the ready-to-move-in houses have made Sarjapur quite popular. Key infrastructure includes Columbia Asia Hospital, St Peters School, Sarojamma Complex, and Market Square Mall. Colleges like Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy, National Institute of Fashion Technology, and St John’s Medical College are in the area.

The locality is very close to IT clusters like Wipro Technology Campus, RMZ Ecoworld, Pritech Park SEZ, RGA Tech Park, and Global Technology Park, which can be reached within 20 minutes. The major IT hubs in Outer Ring Road of Bellandur to Mahadevpur are close by to Sarjapur.
