Kempegowda International Airport is connected to the city via NH 44, a six-lane flyover between Hebbal and the Airport to reduce travel time to and from the city. There are two other alternative routes through Thanisandra and Hennur to further improve connectivity.

Vajra Vayu – An air-conditioned bus service operated by BMTC (Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation). 46 Volvo buses serve the Airport, ensuring a frequency of at least once every 30 minutes.
